GroveXC provides customer-directed spot crypto exchange and related support. GroveXC does not offer leverage, derivatives, staking, managed investments, price forecasts, or guaranteed returns.

4. Exchange requests

• Rate previews are indicative and do not lock a price.
• Final pricing, fees, supported networks, and limits are confirmed during the request workflow.
• Market prices can change quickly.

5. Transfers and risk

Crypto transfers may be irreversible. You are responsible for confirming the correct asset, network, address, and any required memo or destination tag before sending funds. Digital assets involve risk and may lose value.

6. Compliance

You agree to provide accurate information and comply with verification, AML, and sanctions requirements. GroveXC may decline, pause, or reverse activity as required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroveXC is not liable for losses arising from market movements, incorrect transfer details provided by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
